B2B Afrika  conducts staff placement assignments for clients and charges a placement fee in return for its services.  In placing an assignment with B2B Afrika  clients acknowledge their agreement to and acceptance of both our terms and conditions of service and our fee structure.

 

The Placement Fee Includes:

Sourcing of candidates, curriculum vitae’s & advertising of positions

Telephonic Screening

Interviewing (face-to-face via skype) and reference checks

Supplying comprehensive typed resumes

Short listing of potential candidates

Professionally preparing candidates for client interviews

Offer successful & regret unsuccessful candidates for positions

Follow up after, on successful placements

 

Our fee becomes immediately payable when a B2B Afrika  recommended candidate, applicant or employee is employed and commences duty by the client. Should payment not be made within five (5) working days the guarantee will be null and void.
